Deliveries to Gustavus Adolphus College students must be made Monday-- Friday. Flowers will be delivered to the mail stop and the student will receive an email informing them they have a package. It is the responsibility of the student to collect their flowers in a timely manner.

For the month of October, Sweet Alice will open at 12:30 pm on Wednesdays, due to flower market runs. We want you to have the freshest, most fabulous blooms. Thanks for your understanding!

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
