Owner Sara Nett, her husband, and their five-year-old kiddo purchased a 2,300-square-foot building on St. Peter’s main drag in mid-2017. With 27 years of experience in theatrical construction and design, freelance artistry, and bespoke tailoring, she was eager to branch out (pun intended) into a new artistic medium. Pulling from her decades of experience in customer service, management, and retail shop ownership, she settled on a vision and got to work building Sweet Alice. You'll find Ashley, Coco, and Mady helping out in the shop these days, keeping Sara on track. Teamwork makes the dream work, and the Sweet Alice team is the best!

We love Minnesota flowers! We’re thrilled to work with Len Busch Roses, a grower of beautiful blooms and plants in 15 acres of greenhouses in Plymouth, MN. We’re also a member of the Twin Cities Flower Exchange, which allows us to source amazing blooms from independent Minnesota flower farmers, including Gullywash Gardens, Honken' Dahlias, Green Earth Growers, Blue Sky Flower Farm, and many more. We also work with local farmers like Milkhouse Flowers and Little Roots Flower Farm to promote the use of locally grown blooms every day.
Sustainably Sourced
In addition to Minnesota-grown flowers, Sweet Alice sources from sustainable growers worldwide, including Rio Roses, Fresca Farms, Rosa Prima, and Elite Flower. We pay attention to sustainable farming practices as well as working conditions and living wages when selecting our suppliers.

We're a close-knit community in this part of MN, despite the physical distances between us. Do you offer same-day flower delivery in St. Peter, Le Sueur, Le Center and Mankato?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery to all of those locations. Same day order cut off times vary based on distance from our shop.

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. We have a $2.00 minimum in St. Pet..
Can I order online or by phone?

Do you do wedding flowers?
Yes! We design two types of weddings- à la carte and fully styled.
Our à la carté weddings allow you to select just the items you need, making them ideal for mini-monies and small or budget-friendly weddings. You can pick your flowers up right in the shop, pay to have them delivered for self-set-up, or pay a small labor charge to have our employees place your items for you at the venue.
Our fully styled option is available for weddings of $5000 or more, and folks, this is where Sara really shines. She'll use all of her theatrical design skills to create the wedding of your dreams. From flowers to draping to lighting to the perfect finishing touches, she'll create an environment to evoke just the right emotions. The only limitations are your imagination and budget. Fully styled weddings are delivered for free within our standard delivery area.
Please note: Fully styled weddings outside of our standard delivery range (45 miles) will incur additional delivery charges. Weddings more than 1 hour away that require tear-down service will incur a lodging charge for all necessary staff.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in St. Peter?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across St. Peter. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
