If an item is listed as sold out, please call us at 507.508.1095 to place your order. A Sweet Alice staff member will be happy to guide you through the process.
We are unable to offer same day delivery on special orders.

If you have any flowers or colors, please list them in the special request box during checkout.
Please note, we do our best to accommodate special requests, but due to the current volatility of the wholesale flower market, not all flowers requested may be available. In addition, our deliveries occur two days a week, and we may not be able to get the flowers you've requested in the time prior to delivery to the recipient.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I spoke to the owner (I think that's who she was) on the phone, and she designed this special bouquet based on the flowers she had, and a general idea for color and form, from me. It was delivered the very next day. The recipient said it was "spectacular". I agree!! Beautiful flower arrangement, and absolutely wonderful service.
